Return‑to‑Work Planning & Employment Consulting

Our return‑to‑work services help individuals, employers, insurers, and legal professionals navigate workforce reintegration following injury or disability. We evaluate vocational options, identify suitable job alternatives, and develop practical return‑to‑work strategies aligned with functional abilities and labor market conditions.


By combining vocational expertise with employment consulting, we support safe, realistic, and sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes across workers’ compensation, disability, and employer‑based cases.


We offer job development, job placement, and return-to-work services for employees. This service is an excellent way to show appreciation for long-time employees who can no longer perform their original occupation. 


  1. Perform an in-person interview with the employee to determine background, education, and work history
  2. Perform a Transferable Skills Analysis to determine alternate occupations for the individual.
  3. Determine if retraining or higher education is needed.
  4. Send weekly job leads and assist individual in applying to identified jobs
  5. Assist individual in job retraining as needed.
  6. Interview Preparation & Development
  7. Resume & Cover Letter Development 
  8. Place employee at new job/ career.


Retraining employees is often a cost-effective strategy when a worker can no longer perform their job due to injury, downsizing, company shut-downs, mill closures, or layoffs.
