Vocational Aspects of Medical Malpractice

What we do

Seacoast Rehabilitation is often called upon to evaluate the effects that medical malpractice can have on a consumer's vocational status going forward after their injury.

We can look at the effects of the injury from a vocational standpoint to determine whether a person is able to do their prior job, and if not what occupations they may be best suited for given their current restrictions and limitations. Income loss wage earning capacity can be determined based on what a person can or cannot do going forward.

There are many instances of Medical Malpractice cases that may benefit from Income loss wage earning evaluations:

  • Surgical Mistakes
  • Wrongful Death
  • Medication Errors
  • Wrong Diagnosis
  • Nursing Errors
  • Vaccine Injury
  • Birth Trauma
